Exit Valley International Airport by following airport signs. Turn left onto Loop 499. Proceed approximately 5 miles until you come to Expressway 77/83. Turn right onto the Northbound 77/83 frontage road. Enter the Expressway and proceed 2.8 miles. Then take the McAllen West 83 exit and continue on Expressway 83. McAllen is approximately 33 miles from Harlingen.
